MAGiCLENE is an acidic solution which removes mortar smudges and white calcium stains from clay brickwork. MAGiCLENE is a general acidic cleaner and in some instances, is a paint stripper or softener respectively.
MAGiCLENE has been developed as a safe to use alternative acid for products which contain hydrofluoric acid, e.g. MAXiCLENE.
MAGiCLENE is used to remove white calcium silicate stains on brickwork which have had two or three normal acidic applications to remove the initial mortar scum. In all cases this technique has failed leaving a highly difficult white scum stain. In the past, only hydrofluoric acid containing products could remove these stains.
